How do I void a package?

To void a package, first click the button labeled "pickup log" which is located just to the right of the UPS truck in the upper left hand corner of the application. Then, click on the "+" sign to the left of today's date (or whenver the package was processed). Next, single click the "+" to the left of our account number. All the packages shipped via UPS on that day will be listed. Click on the package that you wish to void. Then, to actually void the package, click on the red "X" at the top of the page.
